* The Royal BC Museum exhibits are Dinosaurs: Victoria's Chinatown (7th February - 29th September), Race to the End of the Earth (17th May - 14th October).

Ongoing events include Stage in the Park at the bandshell in Beacon Hill Park and Summer in the Square in Centennial Square: dance, films and a wide variety of concerts.

Summer events of a different kind are the Victoria community markets including those at Bastion Square on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, at Centennial Square on Sundays, and in Sidney on Thursday evenings.
