Inspired by the Regency period of early 19th century England with its rich elegant textures. This includes two French tapestries; one a silk-screened portrait of Marie-Antoinette, who epitomised elegance, and "The Swing" (1780) by Jean Baptiste Huet, now in The Louvre. The theme is completed by Regency striped curtains, French toile upholstery and a classical crystal chandelier.
