How to find Gazebo Bed and Breakfast
From Victoria (and Seattle and Port Angeles ferries):
Take Hwy 17 north to exit for Quadra St. / W. Saanich Rd. Follow West Saanich Road (Hwy 17A) for 2 miles (4km). Turn right onto Old West Saanich Road. Follow for 1 1/2 miles (3km). The Gazebo is on the left, after a sharp downhill bend in the road. Click for a route map.
From the airport, or from the Vancouver BC or Anacortes / Friday Harbor ferries:
Head South on Hwy 17 for about 10 miles (20km). Turn right on Sayward Road. Turn left after 100 yards. Turn right after 100 yards onto Brookleigh Road. After 1 mile (2km), turn left onto Oldfield Road. Carry on straight until you see The Gazebo on your right (the entrance is actually on Old West Saanich Road).
From Nanaimo, Vancouver Island:
Travel South on Hwy 1 until you reach the Exit 8 for Helmcken Rd. Turn left at the exit. Pass the hospital. Follow for 3 miles (6km) (it becomes Wilkinson Road). At lights, turn left onto West Saanich Road (Hwy 17a). After 1 mile (2km) turn right onto Old West Saanich Road. Follow for 1 1/2 miles (3km). The Gazebo is on the left after a sharp downhill bend in the road. (Some GPS will send you via obscure, though pretty, roads so you may find it better to ignore your GPS after leaving the highway.) Follow this route map.
TAKE EXTRA CARE DRIVING HERE IN THE EVENING - WANDERING DEER CARE NOT FOR THE RULES OF THE ROAD! (For this reason we have gates which close at dusk - you can open them by entering 1331 on the touchpad.)
