Rates, double occupancy, including a full breakfast:

The only tax is 5% GST. Since we only have three rooms we do not have to levy the further 10% hotel taxes charged by larger bed and breakfasts and hotels: a handy saving.

The ambience of our Victoria cottage is created by cedar walls and a vaulted ceiling with skylights. There's a Pre-Raphaelite mural (by John Melhuish Strudwick, "When Apples were Golden" (1906) and black, gold, green colours with a beech floor highlight the decor. A single bed (not a "rollaway cot") can be added for a third person for $35 nightly, including breakfast) - a two night minimum applies for this (the chaise longue is removed).
